Malok Nigeria Limited is an integrated petroleum company operating inĀ diverse aspects of the downstream sector of the industry. The company was incorporated as a private limited liability company on the 25th of November, 1999 with RC No. 369480.
Our authorized share capital is presently Ten Million ordinary shares of one naira fully paid (N10,000,000.00) and it is our intention to increase it in the nearest future.
We are a major importer and distributor of Petroleum Products. The three key operational areas are Marketing, Trading and Transportation. We have a growing clientele base of over a hundred delighted customers which include Industrial and Domestic users and Petrol Station Owners across the nation. Our transport division handles products supply and distribution to different parts of the country and the company own petrol stations.
